Pearson Fastener is equipped with a variety of cold heading equipment to manufacture custom or standard fasteners with large diameter upsets to 5/8″ body diameter and 6″ long.

From our single blow and double blow solid die headers to our two die, three and four blow transfer headers, Pearson is equipped with the size and type of header to meet even your most complicated specifications.

We offer an in-house commitment to secondary operations and a large inventory of low and medium carbon and alloy steels, along with a wide variety of 300 and 400 series stainless steel, silicon bronze and brass. These give us turnkey control over quality and enable us to respond to you quickly.

Custom Tooling

To maintain tighter control over quality and production time, Pearson engineers and manufactures its own tooling
in-house. Our highly trained toolmakers build carbide and steel dies and casings using a combination of EDM, lathes, grinders and mills. By keeping the custom tooling function in-house, we are able to ensure that all product designs are achievable using our custom cold-formed process.
